USERS AND NEED
CLOTHMART’s target users were individuals across South Asia seeking a secure and easy-to-use online fashion platform. Many found existing e-commerce platforms overly complicated and difficult to navigate, leading to low adoption rates. Our research revealed that users prioritized intuitive design and robust security features. We also discovered that regional differences in language and user experience expectations posed significant challenges. To address these, we simplified the interface, enhanced security, and introduced multi-language support. These improvements were key to boosting CLOTHMART’s market presence and significantly enhancing user satisfaction in the region.
